What is collected

• Contact form: name, email, phone number (optional), request type and message.
• Blog comments: name, email (never displayed) and comment. The IP address is kept temporarily to prevent spam.
• Testimonial form: name, job title or organization, testimonial, optional rating and email.

Why

This data is only used to answer your request, publish your comment or testimonial after moderation, and protect the site against spam. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and then deleted at the latest two years after our last exchange. Published comments and testimonials remain online until you ask for their removal.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by writing to nherlysemorisset@gmail.com.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser only. If audience measurement is enabled, it relies on a self-hosted, cookie-free tool (Umami) that does not identify visitors.
